Problem
A 1920s Queenslander with good bones, bad additions and a kitchen that hadn't been touched since the 70s.
Solution
We stripped the bad additions, lifted and re-stumped the original house, opened the kitchen to a new northern deck, and restored the VJ walls and pressed-metal ceilings by hand.
Result
A house that reads as authentically itself — only better insulated, properly plumbed, and finally usable as a family home.
