Growing family, shrinking house. The original 3-bed cottage needed a master suite and a proper living space without dominating the streetscape.
Solution
A rear pavilion that drops below the original roofline from the street, then opens to a 4.2 m raked ceiling over the new living room.
Result
Twice the usable space, half the visual bulk, and a join the neighbours can't pick.
